Next trainee day

The next trainee day will be held in Darwin on Tuesday 23 September 2008. All trainees who are members of ANZSPM are welcome to this day. Previous trainee days have proved to be a great success, providing a much needed opportunity for trainees to share training experiences and educational materials.

The trainee day is being held on the day before ANZSPM's biennial 3 day conference begins. The cost to attend the trainee day is $20. Places are limited so ensure you register as early as possible www.willorganise.com.au/anzspm08. Why not take the opportunity to attend the conference and the trainee day and explore the Top End at a great time of the year?

The trainee day is being organised by trainees to meet their identified learning needs. The day includes forums with the invited speakers for the conference - Professor Declan Walsh, Dr Michael Wright, Dr Christine Connors and Mr Tony Egan. There is also an opportunity to meet with members of the ANZSPM Council and the Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine in an informal atmosphere and ask questions/discuss issues.
